The room was really pleasant and had awesome city views. The bed was super comfy, and there was plenty of space to chill and unpack. Plus, the staff was friendly and quick to help out. I was there during SXSW, but everything seemed smooth with the service. Definitely liked having a laundry option too! Overall, a solid experience.

The location of Aloft in Austin is fantastic. It’s right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore nearby bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful during my stay. I appreciated the comfortable bed, which made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. However, I ran into a few issues. The water pressure in the shower was low, and the water had an odd smell during my visit. Bar service also took a while, which was frustrating when I was just looking for a quick drink. My biggest concern came when I realized my room wasn’t cleaned at all during my three-night stay. I needed more towels and toilet paper, and it became a hassle to reach out for help multiple times. I left a day early because it just wasn’t worth the stress. Despite the great location and helpful staff, the lack of attention to room cleaning left me disappointed.

Perfect location for everything! Super close to all the great spots. Just a heads up, some noise from the street can be heard at night, so light sleepers might want to consider that.
Had some trouble when my key card didn't work, and it took two hours to get access to my room. A bit frustrating, but the location and fun made up for it.

It was just a prime choice for a brief pit stop in Austin with real value for money. The valet staff were really kind and helped jump my car battery when it died. For future stays, note that parking can get pricey, so budget accordingly.
